Invitation Letter
Dear Sir or Madam,
The 2nd China Small and Medium Enterprise Fair and Sino-France Small and Medium Enterprise Fair” (CSMEF), which is jointly organized by China’s five major departments like Ministry of Commerce P.R. China, People’s Government of Guangdong Province of China, and etc., will be held in Guangzhou China on September 12th – 15th, 2005. (Since 2005 is the Year of Sino-France Friendship, a Sino-France SME Fair is added in this Fair.)
This year’s fair has enlarged its size in accordance with the success of the previous one. In last fair, there are:
- Some 1,950 Chinese SME exhibitors;
- Over 118,000 person-time of visitors from over 50 countries and regions;
- Some 5,600 professional foreign purchasers;
- Over 13,600 projects signed; and
- Total business value of over RMB 32 billion, or USD 3.8 billion.
Since foreign customers show great concerns to the reputation and business value of the first Fair, the Organizing Committee of the second one pay more attention to guests’ demands. They not only absorb lots of outstanding Chinese SME exhibitors from over 30 Chinese provinces with products of excellent quality, but also add the exhibitor number to 5,800 and classify them into nine major sections according to their business:
1. Electronics & IT products Section (600 exhibitors);
Product range: Computers and related hardware and software, telecommunication devices, digital products, etc.
2. Commodities Sections (600);
Product range: household chemicals like washing liquid and powder, perfume, cosmetic products, etc.
3. Leather Section (600);
Product range: Shoes, gloves, cloths, bags, wallets, cases, machines for leather production, etc.
4. Textiles & Garments (600);
Product range: raw materials (cotton, silk, terylene, canapina fiber, etc.), clothe, carpets, curtains, blankets, garments, related machines, etc.
5. Household Electrical Appliances Section (600);
Product range: all kinds of home appliances for kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning, heating, refrigerators, washing machines, visual-audio equipment, digital products, mobile phones, and etc.
6. Foodstuff & Beverage Section (600);
Product range: dairy products, beverage, convenient food, snacks, tea leafs, seafood processing, vegetable and fruit processing, meat, crops, wines, all kinds of food processing ingredient, food processing and packaging machines, etc.
7. Medicine Section (600);
Product range: Biotechnology, tonic products, etc.
8. Machine Section (fittings for autos and motorbikes) (600);
Product range: fittings for autos and motorbikes, like engines, lamps, tires, auto glass, seats, leather products for cars, etc.
9. Ceramics Section (700);
Product range: ceramics for kitchen, bathroom, decoration, building materials, public purpose, etc.
10. French SME Section (300);
Like the famous Chinese Export Commodities Fair, CSMEF is another large-scale commodities fair in China, and provides the best purchase platform for global purchasers. In order to let all foreign customers have more understanding of Guangdong Province, the Organizing Committee will arrange them some visit program in various cities of Guangdong. The detailed program is as following:
1. Sept. 11th, pick-up from airport (free of charge) and hotel check-in (hotel fee is at your own expense.)
2. Sept. 12th, to attend the opening ceremony of CSMEF (free of charge).
3. Sept. 12th evening, to join a welcoming banquet (free of charge).
4. Sept. 13th, to participate in the fair (free bus carriage).
5. Sept. 14th – 17th, to visit a city of Guangdong Province (according to your purchase and investment projects. Free of charge in all expense of this visit.)
Meanwhile, we provide foreign guests with five-star hotel reservation service, and arrange business talks with Chinese counterparts ahead of the Fair, according to your purchase projects.
